As many Canadians may have already learned, discussions between the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post have, as of right now, resulted in the Postal Workers Union’s decision to issue a 72 hour strike notice, meaning that as of August 28th, 2016, Canadian postal workers will cease the processing and delivery of all mail.

Though our online sales are usually delivered by Canada Post, we at Flowers to Fragrance will be switching to courier services for our deliveries for the duration of this strike.

Please note that all shipping fees will be unchanged for online customers, including free shipping for Canadian orders over $50, so online customers need not worry about being inconvenienced by this stoppage.

Our thoughts are with Canada’s postal workers in this trying time, and we hope that a resolution can be agreed upon that suits the needs of all parties involved.
